The artistic event was born from the partnership between Ideias Emergentes, Porto, and Galerija Meno Parkas, Kaunas. With 3 editions held between 2006 and 2008, in Portugal and in Lithuania, in each event was published a catalogue of the encounter involving artists from various countries and the support of a network of cultural associations, art galleries and other institutions.
